3D Animation

Definition

3D animation is an image manipulation and 3D objects in the form of animation using kaedah modeling (modeling), mapping (mapping), lighting (lighting), the use of cameras (camera), animation (animation) and the process of rendering (rendering) contained in an animated 3 dimension (Mark Giambruno, 2002).

3D Graphics (Three Dimensional) or Three Dimensional here is that every three-dimensional objects have width, height and depth (width, height and depth) are presented in 3-dimensional shape on axis x, y and z.
Examples of 3D Graphics

Principle 3D Animation

Each 3D animation such as 3D Studio Max, Light wave and Maya has several characteristics such principles:

1. Object geometry principle building spheres, kiub, cylinders and kuboid (primitive)
2. Advanced geometry objects for object manipulation principles (organic)
3. Materials

for mapping on an object such. plastic, stone, wood, glass or painted graphics.[...]

4. Lighting
for the choice of type, color, brightness and shadow.
5. Maya camera
to record round (scene) using various depictions kaedah angle and focus (zoom in and zoom out).
6. Function animation
to move the object to be static or animated objects move.
7. Function rendering

for the compilation process (compiling) that has a complete 3D object.
 8. Export function
to exchange files to a format 3D film like AVI, MOV and MPEG.
